We Paint Any Picture has as its priority your total satisfaction with our products and services. In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase, please notify us by contacting us via email at customercare@wepaintanypicture.com
On completion of your commission you will be sent a photo of your oil painting. Should you wish to make any alterations no matter how slight, your artist will be happy to do so. We want you to be delighted with your painting. If, on the rare occasion an error has been made by We Paint Any Picture, We Paint Any Picture will redo the oil painting at their expense. If, for whatever reason you are unhappy with the painting and would like changes made, you must tell We Paint Any Picture immediately at this stage as once the painting has been approved by you at photo stage, We Paint Any Picture cannot offer you anymore alterations. If you are still unhappy with your painting, We Paint Any Picture can offer a full refund. Where a refund is accepted, the same commission cannot be requested again from the same customer.
Please allow at least 5 weeks from commissioning your painting to receiving it. In the weeks leading up to the festive and Christmas period please allow for longer as per our Festive Period policy. We need to make sure the oils have sufficently dried before we can safely deliver your oil painting to you. Your painting will be delivered by courirer and will also be insured against loss and damage. We will of course notify you of your own personal delivery date.
If the destination country imposes import duties and/or taxes, the customer is responsible for their payment. Usually there are no duties for paintings shipped in small quantities.
It is recommended that you allow up to at least 10 weeks from commissioning your painting to receiving it in the weeks leading up to the festive and Christmas period. This is simply due to the influx of orders received over the Christmas Period. To guarantee your order before Christmas, we recommend you complete your purchase before October 12th. Due to the nature of our service, we are unable to guarantee orders after October 12th before Christmas for delivery. We shall notifiy all orders after October 12th each year, should it become evident your painting will not be ready before Christmas.
Copyright lasts for the lifetime of the artist plus a period of 70 years from the end of the year when he or she dies. We Paint Any Picture therefore can only reproduce paintings by artists who have entered into the public domain prior to 1950. In terms of photographs or images supplied to We Paint Any Picture, it is the customer's responsibility to make sure these images are either copyright free or that the customer has permission to use and supply the images to We Paint Any Picture. We Paint Any Picture warrants that the customer either owns or has obtained copyright(s) or copyright permission to any image which is supplied to We Paint Any Picture for use/reproduction and the customer agrees to assume full legal and financial responsibility for any copyright suit or action which may take place regarding materials customer has supplied.
